God has blessed Dr. James Wesly Dieujuste in countless ways. Born in Haiti to Seventh-day
Adventist parents, he counts it a privilege to have received a Christian Adventist education.
Dr. Dieujuste received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in
Management Information Systems from Boston University. At the completion of his degree, he
worked in sales, investment management and real estate.
After working for several years in the business field, the Lord called him into pastoral ministry.
He went on to earn a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University and subsequently
received a call to work in the Lake Region Conference pastoring churches in Michigan and
Illinois. In 2014, he was ordained into the gospel ministry and later received a second Master’s
degree in Religion with a concentration in Theological Studies from Andrews University.
In 2018, the Lord called Dr. Dieujuste to return to the Northeast area. Upon his return to
Massachusetts, he worked as a teacher for one year at Berea Seventh-day Adventist Academy
(now Northeastern Adventist Academy, Boston Campus). He was then called by the
Northeastern Conference to serve as the Associate Pastor of Temple Salem Seventh-day
Adventist Church in Boston. At the completion of his pastorate at Temple Salem, he was
transferred to Bridgeport Tabernacle in CT, where he pastored for three years. He now serves
as the pastor of the historic Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church in Springfield, MA.
Dr. Dieujuste has now been in pastoral ministry for over 14 years and considers himself a
lifelong learner. In addition to his two Master’s degrees, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree
in Business Administration from the University of Montemorelos in Mexico and is currently
pursuing a second doctoral degree in Systematic Theology from the Adventist University of
Africa.
Dr. Dieujuste has been happily married for 23 years to the love of his life. Together, they have
two sons who are both enrolled in Adventist schools. Dr. James Dieujuste loves the Lord and is
committed to serve Him all the days of his life. He believes that the Second Coming of Jesus
Christ is very near and he desires to be personally ready to meet Him and help others do the
same.
