The weekend commenced with Friday Night Live at Hyde Park SDA Church, led out by Pastor Edsel Cadet, setting a spiritual and energetic tone for the days to come. Attendees engaged in worship, music, and fellowship, fostering a sense of community and shared faith. Saturday, or Sabbath, was a highlight, as youth gathered aboard the Spirit of Boston Cruise for a unique worship service on the water. Pastor Steve Riley delivered a powerful message that resonated deeply with the young audience. The setting provided a serene backdrop for reflection and spiritual renewal. Following the service, participants enjoyed a fellowship lunch, further strengthening their bonds. The day continued with a vibrant Vesper Worship Experience in a park by the waters, where the energy and enthusiasm of the youth were palpable. The event concluded with a tour of Boston’s iconic sites, providing a blend of spiritual enrichment and cultural exposure. The Youth Worship Experience and Rally Weekend not only reaffirmed the faith of those in attendance but also encouraged them to walk by faith in their daily lives. The event was a testament to the power of faith and community in bringing people together and inspiring positive change.

Dr. Stephen Williams and the Shiloh Church Family in Springfield, Massachusetts, celebrated a significant milestone on April 16, 2024 when they dedicated their newly renovated kitchen. The renovation, totaling approximately $50,000.00, covered equipment purchases, structural repairs, and other essential updates. The renovation follows the renovation of the Gym and 2nd floor of the Shiloh Church facilities.

Dr. Mario Augustave, the Northeastern Conference ACS Director, praised the achievement, saying, "This is a beautiful work that you have achieved here in Springfield at Shiloh. All of you, ACS leaders and volunteers, I encourage every one of you to take very seriously the work that you do. I am impressed with this. Christ's method alone, and His method alone will win the hearts of men and women. I pray that this place will be a city of refuge for everyone in need, and when they come here, they will receive love and respect from every one of you, and they will not be judged by anyone, but they will feel that they are in the presence of not only God but of God's children. Thank you for the honor of sharing this moment with you. And may God richly bless you."

The Shiloh ACS Director also shared his thoughts, saying, "Christ's method alone. The first time I heard this is when I first met Pastor Gustav at one of the churches where he was preaching. Christ's method alone is this. He saw the need. He befriended the people, met their needs, then he bid them follow him. That is what this church is about, and this is what we're going to be doing in Springfield, and this is just the beginning."

The newly renovated kitchen will be used mostly for community outreach, with plans to launch a soup kitchen program in April. It included dedicated facilities for ACS, which included new freezers, and storage facilities for dry goods. The soup kitchen program will run every 2nd to 4th Sundays, complementing the existing food pantry program, which runs every 2nd and 4th week of each month on Sundays from 10 am to 12 noon, Tuesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm, and Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm, among other activities.

Shiloh SDA Church continues to renovate its property to be more community-friendly and a haven for all people. This year we kicked off 2023 with a health emphasis sabbath on 1/21/23. It started with children’s story about choosing a healthy diet. We had a vegan lunch that sabbath then an AY service where we conducted health screenings and biometric testing on dozens of participants. A 10-day Daniel challenge then followed. This included eating plant based for 10 days as well as daily morning prayer in the hour of power health support Zoom at 5am. Topics we discussed included stress, mental health, heart health as well as being the CEO of our own health by educating ourselves about health issues and asking questions of our health care providers and just using our phones to do research. Next health project is CPR course on 2/19/2023 and a health expo in summer.
